We buy our seafood locally and fresh. The fish comes straight off the boats in Destin. Our daily fish usally consists of local wahoo, mahi mahi, amberines, or amberjack when in season.

We live in Albany ky and we come to Fort Walton at least once a year . We really enjoy eating the catch of the day. We finally got to try the red snapper back in June and it was awesome. I wish I had the batter recipe because I would love to try it on catfish and crappie.
